Class Description

Puppy Confidence & Agility Class

	This class is for the 2005 Puppy who has already been to a basic 2005 Puppy class. The focus of this class is on confidence building through the juvenile developmental fear periods. In this class, we will introduce clicker training - a modern method of dog training that has been used by years by dolphin trainers. Using the clicker, owners will learn to teach puppies fun things like mini agility obstacles while also strengthening basic manners like sit, down, come, and walk on a loose leash. Relationship-building exercises as well as further socialization to sights, sounds, and smells will be covered.

Class Details
Tuition:	Puppy Confidence & Agility: $125.00 for a seven-week class; first week is orientation without the puppies. Includes a training kit and helpful information for the new dog owner. SEE OUR PACKAGE DEALS!
Requirements:	All dogs must have Rabies and DHPP vaccinations by start of class. Proof of vaccinations or titers must be faxed to 855-0422 or brought to first class. Pre-registration and pre-payment required. Do you have a "behaviorally healthy" dog? To be eligible for this class your dog must not have issues being petted by anyone and must not lunge at other dogs. Please see which class diagram.
Age:	Dogs must be fully vaccinated and be between 5-12 months of age at the beginning of the class.
Location:	Teamworks Dog Training Facility, North Raleigh
Class Times & Instructors:	*Wednesday, Raleigh, 6:30-7:30pm; Christie Canfield* *Thursdays 2:00 pm-3pm; Raleigh;Susan Krieg* *Saturdays, Raleigh; 12:00 noon-1:00pm;Raleigh; Chris Helm*
